I went to Zenphire today and explained my sensitive scalp issue. Ruby and Nadia were both very understanding and thoughtful. They both took on board my concerns and I felt that they listened and most of all I was completely happy with my colour and blow dry. I will definately be going back.
Worst hair dresser I have ever been to staff were unfriendly and rude by complaining that my hair appointment took up half the day so they could book anyone else in even though that charged me an unreasonable price for a horrible job they did on my hair! I definitely do not recommended this place!!
Worst hair dresser ever! Bad customer service and just pure rudeness to clients!! Would not recommend unless you want your hair to start to break apart because they are not paying enough attention when dying your hair!
Travellng around Western Australia long term I find hair dressing a bit hit and more miss. This salon is a true gem. They listened and did exactly what I asked with a great result. I am thrilled. Price was very reasonable. Thankyou. Highly recommended.
I am very picky with getting my hair coloured as I have had it chemically burnt in the past at a salon but I have to say how happy I was with Sue at Zenphire. My colour was exactly what I wanted and no breakage or damage. Will be returningIn the future.
